Is there a contract?

No! The support service is month to mont. You are free to cancel at anytime.

How many sites does each plan cover?

Just one WordPress site. For multiple sites or multi-site installations, please contact us first.

If I have an emergency or support question is there someone I can speak to by phone?

At the moment, phone support is only reserved for CORE PLUS clients. You are welcome to upgrade at anytime if you prefer to receive phone support instead of via email.

What will I need to provide?

To use the service we need the following:

  • WordPress Admin level User Account
  • Web hosting (cPanel or similar) login
  • FTP/SSH User Access

If you’re unsure of how to provide us with those details go ahead and sign-up, we will be with you shortly to help get the access we need.

What types of tasks can I use my hours for?

Just about anything! Need a page of content added? Email us and we’ll take care of it. Need to pick our brains about website marketing? We can help there, too.

Some sample tasks most clients use their monthly time for:

  • Adding newly created content (pages, blog posts)
  • Visual site tweaks
  • Installing and configuring a new plugin
  • Creation of basic graphics (e.g. buttons, banners, etc.)
  • WordPress & site consulting (pick our brains!)
  • Site optimization (make your site faster!)

The Fine Print

We hate fine print or “gotchas” just as much as you do, so here’s the deal: You are signing up for a monthly support service for your WordPress website. 

We promise to do our best to make sure we provide you with 110% of your expectations.

If we fail to do that or you simply no longer wish to use our service, you are welcome to cancel at any time.

If in the first 30-days you wish to cancel, we will refund 100% of your sign-up fees. We only ask that you tell us what we did wrong or how we could improve the service.

You will be billed via secure credit card processing through Stripe, monthly, on the day of the month which you signed-up for the service.

If you need support we’re just an email or call away, but we do keep business hours, so we ask that unless it’s an emergency you give us 24hrs to respond and action.
